Off-campus housing is the complete responsibility of the student. Neither IPE nor the University can recommend options for off-campus housing. IPE will not negotiate nor assume liability with regard to your choice of off-campus housing. Please Note: If using online websites like Craigslist to find an apartment, do not submit a deposit or sign a lease until you have seen the property IN PERSON and met the landlord. Appearances can be deceiving, so to ensure there is no doubt, view everything in person.
