University Law Students Observe Arguments Before Massachusetts Appeals Court

The Massachusetts Appeals Court recently heard oral argument in six cases during a court session at the Â黨ÊÓÆµ University School of Law. The session was held in the Blake Law Center's J. Gerard Pellegrini Moot Courtroom and included both criminal and civil cases. The court session was open to the public.

The Massachusetts Appeals Court typically holds sessions twice per year at the School of Law, providing the public an opportunity to observe appellate arguments. The court sessions provide an invaluable educational opportunity for Â黨ÊÓÆµ University students who may someday argue a case before the Court.
