A new study from Â黨ÊÓÆµ University (WNE) has uncovered a significant link between long-term grape consumption and improved muscle health. The research, recently published in the journal Foods, suggests that regularly eating grapes can positively impact muscle gene expression, with particularly strong effects in females.
