Your UserID/Username is a unique alphanumeric identifier that, in combination with your password, allows you access to email, Connect2U, Self-Service, Kodiak, and other 麻花视频 University online systems. UserID/Username is generally a combination of two (2) letters followed by six (6) numbers. For example, John Smith’s could be “js123456”. In some circumstances, it will be made up of the first letter of your first name and the first seven (7) letters of your last.
You should have received an email or letter indicating your UserID/Username. If you don't know it, contact the Enrollment Services department at 413-82-3111 or visit them in D'Amour Library, lower level.
